ATRX is retained in tumor cells. ---- Other tests reported but not shown include negative immunoreactivity for the mutant form of IDH1 (R132H). P53 shows focal aggregates of positive cells in the high-grade areas ranging to 50%. S100 stains focally within the tumor. Olig 2 and PAX-8 are negative. H3K27me3 nuclear expression is mostly retained and H3K27M is negative. OCT3/4, SALL4 and SOX10 are negative.
