Case 10 History ---- This is a 42-year-old right-handed female with a history of fibroids, anemia, and obesity, who presented with ataxia, dysarthria and episodes of nausea and vomiting for two weeks, with a newly found fourth ventricular mass. Operative procedure: IV ventricle tumor excision. ---- 10A Sections show a tumor composed of numerous papillary structures composed of a single, orderly layer of bland-looking, columnar epithelium and delicate fibrovascular stalks. Mitoses were rare. There is no nuclear hyperchromasia or pleomorphism. Calcifications are evident.
