Case 11 History – Atypical CPP/Carcinoma ---- The patient is a six-month-old child with multiple medical problems, including Noonan's syndrome, a chaotic atrial rhythm now status post A-V node ablation and pacemaker placement, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary stenosis status post pulmonary valvotomy with ASD and PDA closures. MRSA endocarditis, malrotation status post Ladd procedure, RTA, subdural hematomas, and a left lateral choroid plexus papilloma complete the list of anomalies and medical problems. ---- 11A1 The neurosurgical specimen shows variation from site to site ranging from delicate papillarity to solid growth with necrosis.
