14B1,2 The neurosurgical specimen was a papillary neoplasm whose papillae consisted of fibrovascular cores lined by cuboidal to columnar epithelium with crowded nuclei and a flat surface. In a small well-preserved area, four mitoses were identified in three high-power fields. No solid growth area or necrosis are appreciated.
