Case 16 History – Atypical CP ---- The patient is a 24 year old man with visual changes and right sided cerebellar dysmetria. An MRI showed a homogeneously enhancing fourth ventricular mass without obstructive hydrocephalus. Operative procedure: Suboccipital craniotomy for tumor resection with IMRI. ---- 16A1-3 MRI scans of the T1-weighted specimen following contrast administration shown in axial (16A1), sagittal (16A2) and coronal (16A3) views.
