The tumor has an elevated proliferation index. (Ki67 IHC) ---- Immunohistochemistry (not shown): The tumor fails to stain with D2-40 (podoplanin). An immunostain for transthyretin is focally positive. ---- Comment: The presence of mitoses (>2/10 HPF) qualifies for a designation of an atypical choroid plexus papilloma (WHO grade II).
