Case 17 ---- The patient is an 11 year old girl with a 1 year history of headaches, poor growth, and right arm weakness. In the past 4 months she has had blurry vision and 1 month of nausea and vomiting. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) shows a 4.5 cm fourth ventricular tumor with homogenous enhancement. Operative procedure: suboccipital craniotomy for posterior fossa tumor resection.
