Washington University Experience | NEOPLASMS (NON-GLIAL NON-NEURONAL) | Choroid plexus papilloma | 17C2 Choroid Plexus Papilloma, atypical (Case 17) Ki67 2
Immunochemically stained sections show reactivity for proliferation marker Ki67. (MIB-1 antibody) ---- Comment: This histological/immunohistochemical pattern is most consistent with choroid plexus papilloma, WHO Grade I. The significance of the focally increased mitotic index is unclear, and may be anomalous; the Ki67 index in this tumor is well within the reported range for choroid plexus papilloma.
