Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 52-year-old female with a past medical history significant for chronic pain, depression, fibromyalgia, hypertension, hypothyroidism, and osteoarthritis. A bony frontal skull protuberance prompted a CT scan; however, followup MR imaging of her head showed a 1.5 x 1.3 x 3 cm fourth ventricular mass. A midline suboccipital craniectomy and tumor resection was performed. ---- 1A1-4 A small 4th ventricle CPP isshown in several scans: 1A1 A FLAIR image shows a hyperintense mass compared to normal surrounding tissue
