Compare the epithelium of the CPP (arrowhead) to the adjacent fragment of the normal choroid plexus with its knobbly surface epithelium (arrow). The overall findings are consistent with a choroid plexus papilloma (WHO grade I). ---- Immunohistochemistry with a Ki-67 immunostain shows a minimally increased proliferation index (up to 0.9%).
