Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 3-year-old male with a history of headaches who was found on MRI examination to have an intraventricular lesion in the body of his right lateral ventricle. He initially presented to clinic for evaluation of headaches with an MRI that demonstrated this lesion. Operative procedure: Right sided craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 3A1 This whole mount section of the "intraventricular mass" shows a papillary neoplasm composed of delicate fibrovascular connective tissue (H&E)
