Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 24 year old man with a one-year history of mild headache who presented with a seizure and hydrocephalus. Brain MRI showed a mildly-enhancing frond-like mass centered within the third ventricle. Operative procedure: Ventriculostomy with biopsy/resection of tumor. ---- 4A1-3 MRI examination: 4A1 This tumor (arrow) is hyperintense on FLAIR.
