Higher magnification of image #9A1 (H&E) ---- Immunohistochemical staining (not shown): Vimentin and S-100 staining show diffuse, strong immunoreactivity within the tumor. Immunohistochemical staining for CK7 shows patchy positivity. CK20 staining is negative. Staining for glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) shows focal positivity within the tumor. MIB-1/Ki-67 labeling index is low.
