Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 38 year old man with a recent diagnosis of testicular malignant mixed germ cell tumor, who now has a suspected lung metastasis, a heterogeneously enhancing, hemorrhagic, 2.5 cm, right frontal brain lesion with surrounding vasogenic edema, and a second 3 mm lesion in the right cerebellar hemisphere. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy. ---- This histopathologic pattern is identified focally within the original sections of the patient's orchiectomy specimen.
