Case 15 History ---- The patient was a 14-year-old boy presenting with diplopia. An MRI scan showed an enhancing mass centered in the pineal region with two separate masses located in bilateral frontal horns of the lateral ventricles. Operative procedure: Brain biopsy. ---- 15A1,2 MRI examination showed three masses involving the pineal gland and both frontal horns in these T1- (15A1) and T2-weighted (15A2) contrast applied scans.
