16B1-5 Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections show sheets of large polygonal tumor cells with atypical nuclei with prominent nucleoli, mitoses (arrow, 16B3) and vacuolated cytoplasm. Many small lymphoid cells are seen admixed among these large tumor cells. Some focal areas of necrosis are also identified.9H&E)
