5B2-4 Sections of the biopsied interventricular tumor show sheets of tumor cells with admixed clusters of lymphocytes and extensive crush artifact (5B2,4). The round to polygonal tumor cells have enlarged nuclei with prominent nucleoli, cytoplasmic clearing and a high mitotic rate.
