Case 6 History ---- The patient is an 8-year-old female with acute decrease in vision in the right eye. Brain MRI showed a large sellar/suprasellar mass with hemorrhage. The clinical differential diagnosis included craniopharyngioma, germinoma, lymphoma or adenoma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for biopsy and resection of brain tumor. ---- 6A1,2 The suprasellar mass is isointense on FLAIR (6A1) but enhances on T1-weighted with administered contrast scan (6A2)
