Case 8 History ---- The patient was a 13-year-old girl who presented with visual problems, and was found to have a hyperattenuating, lobulated mass in the sella and suprasellar space by MRI. Per clinical history, the patient also had a long history of polyuria, and polydipsia with moderate pan-hypopituitarism complicated by diabetes insipidus. Operative procedure: Endoscopic transphenoidal partial resection of sellar/suprasellar mass. ---- 8A1,2 The suprasellar mass is shown as a T1-weighted without contrast scan (8A1) and enhances with contrast (8A2).
