8B2,3 The neoplastic cells have large centrally located nuclei with irregularly-shaped nuclear membranes and prominent nucleoli along with variable amounts of eosinophilic to cleared cytoplasm. In many areas the neoplastic cells have an accompanying lymphocytic infiltrate. Large swaths of necrotic tumor (8B3) are also present.
