Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 52 year old man with a 6 week history of headaches and sinus pressure. Imaging studies revealed a heterogeneously enhancing solid and cystic mass in the region of the pineal gland and third ventricle. ---- 1A1,2 The expanded pineal is seen in both T2-weighted (1A1, arrow) and T1-weighted contrast administered (1A2) MRI images.
