Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 24 year old man who had a prior history of craniopharyngioma resected 2 years prior to his current presentation. Over two years he developed blurred vision, gait difficulties, dizziness, and weight loss. Imaging studies revealed a large enhancing pineal mass with brainstem compression. ---- 4A Imaging demonstrates a large pineal mass and ventricular dilatation.
