Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 60 year old woman who presented with temporal headaches, short term memory loss, and slowing of speech. Imaging studies revealed a contrast enhancing mass in the posterior third ventricle/pineal region. ---- 6A1-3 MRI studies. A small pineal mass is shown in T1-weighted, contrast enhanced images in sagittal (6A1), coronal (6A2) and axial (6A3) scans.
