Epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) showed no reactivity within tumor cells. ---- Comment: GFAP failed to stain any tumor elements. We consider this a WHO Grade 3 tumor. Nonetheless, this patient was evaluated 9 years later with the determination of unchanged linear foci of enhancement in the pineal region that likely represented treated disease or posttreatment changes.
