Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 36 year old man with headache and vision complaints. Brain MRI shows large multicystic mass in the pineal gland region. Clinical diagnosis: germ cell tumor, pineocytoma, and possible tectal glioma. Operative procedure: Stereotactic brain biopsy. ---- 8A 1,2 A T1-weighted scan shows a pineal mass without (8A1) and with (8A2) contrast in these sagittal images.
