1B1-3 In some areas, the tumor resembles an embryonal neoplasm with prominent pleomorphic nuclei, vesicular chromatin, prominent nucleoli, cell wrapping, high mitotic count and pyknotic/apoptotic nuclear debris. The cytologic appearance is reminiscent of "anaplastic/large cell" features in a medulloblastoma.
