Scattered glial elements are not immunoreactive for GFAP (10D1) but show a few elements with S100 immunoreactivity (10D2). ---- Ancillary findings (not shown); Immunohistochemistry for desmin, muscle specific actin, 013 and cytokeratin are all negative. An immunohistochemical stain for leukocyte common antigen (a lymphoid marker) highlights scattered entrapped lymphocytes, many of which are present within vascular spaces.
