Case 3 History ---- The patient is an eight-year-old boy with biopsy proven pineoblastoma and now presents with an intermediate T2 signal intensity mass with restricted effusion and faint enhancement in the inferior aspect of the left cerebellar hemisphere by MRI. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for resection of recurrent tumor. ---- 3A1,2 The pineal mass is shown in T1- (3A1) and T2-weighted (3A2) scans in the 2010 presentation.
