11B1-4 Routine hematoxylin and eosin stained sections show a moderately cellular neoplasm with abundant large rosettes with central neuropil ('pineocytomatous/pineocytic rosettes'). The tumor cells have mostly regular nuclei with inconspicuous nucleoli.
