Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 68 year old man with gait difficulty, bowel and bladder incontinence, syncope, and hydrocephalus, found to have a third ventricular/pineal region mass. Operative procedure: Biopsy. ---- 6A1-4 MRI studies ---- 6A1,2 The tumor is hypointense to brain in this T1-weighted scan (arrow, 6A1) which enhances with contrast administration (6A2).
