Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 62 year old man with a pituitary tumor. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for tumor excision. ---- 7A1-4 Sections show a papillary neoplasm with basaloid palisading and areas of stellate reticulum with a fibrovascular core consistent with papillary craniopharyngioma.
