Case 12 History ---- [58yo male with Cushing disease and a pituitary adenoma.] ---- 12A1 The neoplastic cells are relatively small and monomorphic with a high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio and relatively pale cytoplasm. The tumor cell nuclei are ovoid, with stippled chromatin and inconspicuous nucleoli. Mitotic figures are absent.
