Case 6 History ---- [84yo female with a history of Alzheimer disease who died of UTI sepsis. The patient had impressive “basophil invasion”, a spread of non-neoplastic basophils into the neurohypophysis. This represents an unusual basophil invasion (arrows) in three foci of the neurohypophysis.
