3A1-3 This 7.9g adenoma was located in a suprasellar distribution showing its relationship to structures of the skull base. Immunohistochemical staining showed tumor cells were ACTH negative and the tumor was thought to be non-secretory or prolactinoma type, of unknown clinical significance.
