11A3-4 Virtually every tumor cell harbors a large round pale cytoplasmic inclusion that displaces granular cytoplasm and often distorts the nucleus; these are consistent with ‘fibrous bodies. Fibrous bodies are designated with arrowheads in image 11A4. No mitotic figures are identified.
