Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 63yo male with a sellar mass] ---- 3A1-3 There is effacement of the normal pituitary architecture by a neoplasm consisting of sheets of tumor cells with small, round nuclei, indistinct nucleoli with diminished cytoplasm. Other tumor cells have abundant eosinophilic to amphophilic cytoplasm but similar nuclei. There is no significant mitotic activity.
