Case 9 History ---- [67yo female with a pituitary tumor.] ---- 9A1-3 Sections of the pituitary tumor show sheets of amphophilic and eosinophilic cells without normal acinic architecture, confirmed by reticulin stain. Mitotic activity is low (< 1 mitosis / 10 HPF). Ki-67 shows a proliferation index of 2%.
