9C The tumor cells are also strongly prolactin immunoreactive. Not shown: LH and FSH show weak, scattered positivity. ACTH and p53 are negative. The overall findings are diagnostic of a mixed prolactinoma and somatotroph adenoma. Pan-cytokeratin highlights fibrous bodies and scattered tumor cell bodies.
