8B1,2 The adenoma is composed of mildly pleomorphic cells with lightly amphophilic cytoplasm and indistinct borders. The tumor cells have mild neuroendocrine atypia, along with salt & pepper chromatin; they do not have readily appreciable nucleoli. (H&E)
