8F1,2 Immunohistochemical stains for the anterior pituitary transcription factors (Pit-1, SF-1, T-Pit) were performed. Pit-1 is strongly positive in the adenoma as expected in a mammo-somatotroph adenoma, while T-Pit and SF-1 were negative. (Pit-1 IHC)
