4B2,3 The epithelioid cells have plentiful finely granular or glassy eosinophilic cytoplasm; their nuclei, generally oval and variably sized but occasionally mildly or markedly irregular, have hypodense, coarsely speckled chromatin and prominent nucleoli. Some cells show multinucleation.
