4B4-6 The spindled cells appear in modest vessel-associated fascicles. Scattered pale eosinophilic bodies of variable size are scattered within the tumor tissue. A few lymphocytes are seen. Mitotic figures are infrequent, appearing at a density <1/10HPF.
