Case 11 History ---- The patient is a 51 year old man with a history of a right middle fossa mass in the region of lateral wall of the right cavernous sinus. Operative findings: Firm, tan mass with soft central portion entangled in right 5th nerve. ---- 11A An unusual place for a MPNST is shown in this T1-weighted with contrast image which was thought to arise from the 5th nerve
