1F1,2 Collagen was prominent in most fascicles with focal hemorrhage ( probably surgical). A histochemical trichrome stain highlights the presence of fine, loosely packed collagen fibers within the majority of the tumor parenchyma, and the relative paucity of these fibers within hypercellular areas.
