1B1-3 Immunohistochemically stained sections show reactivity for epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) within the perineurial fibrous tissue and septae, and also within the individual lamellae of the 'onion-bulb'-like structures. Perineuriomas vary significantly in the amount of endoneurial EMA immunoreactivity. (EMA IHC).
