Case 5 History ---- The patient is a 38 year old woman with muscle weakness and lower extremity pain, who is being evaluated for leprosy. ---- 5A1-3 The nerve biopsy has a nodular look but no evidence of leprosy. Instead the nodules are composed of spindle cell elements and some pseudo-onion bulbs. (H&E)
