Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 37-year-old man with a reported left radial nerve sheath tumor. He has a remote history of motor vehicle accident with multiple right-sided fractures. He now presents with left sided wrist drop. An ultrasound showed a mass in the left radial region which was however not visualized on MRI. Operative procedure: Left radial nerve biopsy. ---- 8A1,2 Sections of the "left radial nerve" show multiple fragments with a benign peripheral nerve sheath lesion.
