This is an encapsulated spindle cell lesion composed of variably cellular areas ranging from hypo-to hypercellular. The neoplastic cells are bland without significant atypia. Verocay bodies are identified focally. There are abundant hyalinized vessels. Areas of cystic degeneration are also noted.
