Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 23 year old man with back and right lower extremity pain. MRI shows an extramedullary intradural enhancing mass at the level of L1-L2 measuring 2.3 x 1.0 x 0.8 cm. Operative procedure: Posterior T12/L1 laminectomy for tumor resection. ---- 16A1 TIRM scan demonstrating a hyperintense mass compared to adjacent vertebral bodies.
