Case 28 History ---- The patient is a 10 year old boy with known neurofibromatosis type 2, bilateral vestibular schwannomas and spinal cord ependymomas. Operative procedure: Stealth guided right translabyrinthine approach for tumor resection and right auditory brain stem implant. ---- 28A This T1-weighted contrast administered MRI scan shows bilateral vestibular schwannomas and an anterior meningioma which overlap in some areas.
